Orders ship from our Bangalore factory. Delivery takes 1–10 business days, depending on your distance from the factory and current order volume. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your items leave our warehouse.
Yes. Every UNRACK product is covered by our Standard Warranty. We guarantee the item meets all published specs and is free from defects unless declared or stated. For most bars, plates and racks, coverage runs for the period shown on your order confirmation (e.g., 5-year rust-free guarantee on stainless barbells and PU plates).

If a validated defect occurs within the warranty period, we will repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you. We aim to assess claims within 10 business days and complete any repair or replacement within 30 days of approval.
For verified warranty claims we may provide a full refund of the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible. Non-defective returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items; simply contact us for an RMA and return instructions (shipping costs may apply).
